Participants will learn data preparation including cleaning and integration to construct a food price database. Trainees will be introduced to Power Query, Pivot Tables and chart tools to create Excel based dashboard visualizations. By the end of the session trainees will be able to prepare and manage food price data for visualization and analysis.
