Staff from the Department of Prime Minister & National Executive Council (PMNEC), Department of National Planning and Monitoring (DNPM), Department of Treasury (DoT), the PNG National Research Institute (NRI) and the National Statistics Office (NSO) participated in a one week training, which equipped the participants with the skills and knowledge to run a series of economic simulations to evaluate the impacts of diverse policies and investments on GDP growth, job creation, and poverty reduction.
